All products displayed on the website are ready stock and available for immediate shipment, no pre-order needed.

There is only 1 piece per model, so if it's no longer on the catalog page, it means it's already sold out.

How long does the shipping process take?

Orders are processed within a maximum of 1 working day after payment is confirmed, then shipped via JNE Regular with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 working days, depending on your destination address and the courier's workload.

There are no shipments on Sundays & Public/National Holidays (shipping is closed)

Where are the brooches shipped from?

All brooch products will be shipped from Bekasi City, using JNE Regular shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days (depending on your destination address & the courier's load).

Is same-day / instant delivery available?

We apologize, but we do not offer instant/sameday delivery. Currently, we only provide shipping via JNE Regular.
